Y Research this week released our latest West Australian Suburban Office Report. The November 2016 West Australian Suburban Office Report covers over 2,000 buildings containing over 1.7 million square metres of stock across 50 metropolitan Perth suburbs.
The vacancy rate across suburban markets is currently 16.5% up from 14.6%, 12 months ago. This increase is due to a combination of relocations to the Perth CBD, tenant downsizing and unoccupied new supply.
